Spazz Hands 

The bastard child of spirit fingers and jazz hands.

When I combine the hand waggling motion of Jazz Hands, with the finger wiggling action of Spirit Fingers...Spazz hands is the result. An uncoordinated mess that makes the performer look stupid.
