A person who comes from South America or Mexico. They usually speak Spanish, although sometimes they speak Portuguese and sometimes even French.

Southnigger: Can I have eh taco and burritos please?
Restaurant: No sorry we don't sell those.
Southnigger: What? They don't sell those in every restaurant in America? This is my 5th restaurant I've been in and none of them sell tacos and burritos?
