Time spent usually in company on the sofa relaxing, chatting, chilling out ... but the time could be spent alone.

Sofatime 

Where two people are layed on a sofa, one resting their head on the others shoulder. This usually leads to kissing, and then sofa sex.

Me: "Me and Natalie enjoyed some Sofatime last night.". Jordi: "Omg, as if you did that to me man, I'm so in love with her!"
