One that snitches profusely, but when snitched upon bitches profusely.

J-Mart was labeled as a snitchocrit by the Forest 304 Suite after telling bitches of so called "homosexual actions" that his roommates take part in.

Snitchocrite 

A person who possesses both characteristics of a snitch and a hypocrite.

Greg: That dude is a snitchocrite because he sells drugs in Brownsville but when he comes back to Canarsie he complains to the cops about drug peddlers messing up his neighborhood.
Soho: Is that a real word?
Greg: Of course it is. A snitch combines the positive characteristics of an informant with the negative characteristics of a hypocrite. What's wrong with you!

a person that thinks poorly of others that snitch. rat, gossip or otherwise then almost imediatley do the same thing.

wendy totally is a snitchacrit she came down on her brother for telling the boss who was late and then she did the same thing! total snitchacrit!
