"Who took the snickies?"
A snickie is a chocolate bar of unknown origin. We don't know what it is, but we know that somebody (some one) took them.
Can often relate to the misinterpreted pronunciation of snickers, or just a chocolate bar that went missing. The owner of the snickies is most often under the influence of marijuana, and doesn't realize that snickies don't actually exist.

snicki; as in the term "snicki page" or "snicki web site" is a (simple news and quick information) page or web site. A snicki web site is not overwhelmed or bogged down with unnecessary advertisements or other items not pertaining to “simple news and quick information”.

Snicki, as in the term a "snicki page" or "snicki web site" is a “simple news and quick information” page or web site. A snicki web site is not bogged down with unnecessary ads or other items not pertaining to “simple news and quick information”.
Example: People search “snicki” pages or “snicki” web sites for the latest breaking news or quick information like “how to tie a neck tie”.
