In Nazi concentration camp where Dr Frankl was imprisoned. The prisoners were rationed cigarettes that they could exchange for bowls of soup. When you see someone smoking their cigarettes, it meant they gave hope on life and we're waiting for death to take them.

Sam: How's Life?

Bill: Nothing great. I'm smoking rationed cigarettes.

Character on the X-files who was somehow involved in the whole governmental conspiracy. Always was puffing on a cigarette everytime he was on..hence the name.

Also a very good John Ashcroft look-alike.

Main anti-agonist at the x-files, cant be seen without his cigarette even in a single episode, he smokes "morley" which is a fictious brand of cigarette.

Cigarette Smoking Man is the badass of the X-Files.
