Sloppy Salmon 

An upward motion of the hand in between the legs of an unsuspecting party. The motion begins at the knees and moves upward 3-6 inches, as to not touch the party's genitalia - but so as to solicit a shock or surprise. The upward hand motion also includes, a side to side flapping as to emulate the motion of a salmon's tail in the water.

Slappy Salmon 

When someone is in front of you and without warning you get your hand between there thighs and slap there thighs back and forth saying "Slappy Salmon"
