Shotamode
"Shotamode" is when an adult transgender man on testosterone passes as male but looks much younger than he actually is, usually such that he looks like a really young boy. An adult transgender man who looks like a young boy is a "shotamoder."
"Shota" is a term referring to young boys or prepubescent-looking men in Japanese media.
Transgender men tend to struggle passing as adults early in transition due to a number of neotenous features typical of prepubescent boys such as short height, underdeveloped jawline, non-existent brow bone, large eyes, and meager facial hair.
