This is the hour from which you first notice you need to take a shit. If you don't shit within this hour time frame, it is possible that you will not need to shit for quite some time. So take advantage of the shit window and do not miss it, because if you do it can lead to being constipated and force you to carry this extra shit around with you for an undisclosed time. And who wants to carry around extra shit?
(similar to the caffeine window (sort of))

Golly, I missed my "shit window" and now I do not need to shit. This forces me to wait for my next shit window.

Shit window 

The amount of time you have to defecate after feeling the initial 'twinge' in your bowels. Length of allowable time varies drastically by person, and type of feces: Usually anywhere from 'right the fuck now' to 72 hours.

John: Ooh.
Alice: What?
John: I have to poop.

basiclly taking a shit on any given window,ie..mcdonalds,sak's fifth ave,any classy restaurant,preferably when people are sitting/standing next to or nearby said window.Works great with the runs.

I logged onto my work PC on my day off just to issue a simple instruction, but first I had to spend 20 minutes clearing the Windows shit hurdles.

Probably is run by a person who killed themselves because it hasn't be updated in 2 decades.
