The Shamlamdooblee is a synonym for ones tootsie roll, otherwise known as genitalia. It is often used in anguish as many scream it aloud after being put into great pain (e.g. losing tons of bet money at the ponies)

Jeremy scoots down to his workplace everyday, but almost half the times he has parked it, the side of the scooter whacks his ankle and Jeremy screams "SHAMLAMDOOBLEE"
