Word used by East Coast, private-school educated dolts who believe they appear smart by using "big" words that almost sound correct, but clearly are not. See George W. Bush and "strategery" for examples.

Something distasteful, unpleasant, undesirable or untrue.

Man, thats a load of godamn crutinous boy.

or

That girl is so crutinous.

Can also be used as an expletive when upset, eg:

I broke my ipod. Crutinous!

Scro-ti-ous;

From the Latin Scrot, Scrotum, or Ball Sack in English.

Definition;

Behavior befitting of one who thinks solely with their nether regions.

A mind set worse than the worst kind of bad.

A state of affairs with a dismal outlook.

The worst possible example of the matter in question.

Usage;

Rebecca Black's single, "Friday" is scrotious!

The meal was scrotious!
