When you get lost in each others' sarcasm so deeply that it creates alternate layers of reality.
I can't stand Jennifer's sarcasm, but last night I decided to be sarcastic as well with her and upon finishing each others' sarcastic remarks, we entered sarcasception

Sarcaception 

A very effective contraceptive method by which an individual presents themselves as excessively sarcastic and insincere in conversation. This makes the individual seem intolerable for extended conversations thus warding off any potential sexual partners.
John: I don't need to worry about birth control since I use Sarcaception. Works great!

Joe: How effective is it?

John: Not sure yet, haven't had any luck so far.

Joe: Makes sense...
