Sarcasmception

When both parties in a conversation are being so sarcastic, neither understands.

"Idk if my sandwich has meat."

"What kind is it?"

"Italian."

"How does that not count as meat?! You're a lost cause."

"It's processed though."

"I think our sarcasmception is too much now."
