Santiago effect

The possibiliy of someone being in two different places at the same time.

Jo calls his friend Bob's mom, Cathy. "Hey when are you coming to pick up Bob?" Said Jo. Cathy said "he is right here with me". Jo said "Oh it must be the Santiago Effect.
