It means "Someone over Shoulder Gone". It is used when someone watching you is gone. A word used after SOS.

Joel: "OMFG! That one is hot!"
Eric: "WTF! what the hell!"
Lisa: "This one is going to be hot..."
Eric: "SOS! Oh Lisa.. for a while.."
Lisa: "Ow! One hot break!"
Joel: "Haha! This is so spicy."
Eric: "SOSG! Take mo look at it Lisa."

A street gang started in Detroit MI, on Detroit’s westside in zip code 48206. Also known as SkiSet (a homage to the founder and also representation of balaclavas)

Those SOSGANG Boyz came in the gas station wearing balaclavas and scared me!
