Get the SGSmug. Short guy syndrome. A short often pudgy male, usually in his teenage years, that acts out toward everyone, especially his taller peers, to compensate for his lack of stature.
San Juan: "Why's Raup such a jerk all the time?"

Get the SGSmug. Single Guy Syndrome: It causes incessant rambling (from the affected) usually about things that the listener doesn't care. The best treatment for this condition is to just be polite and listen.
It's pretty clear he has SGS, he keeps ranting about his boring previous jobs, probably because he doesn't have a significant other to listen to him.
