Ruthie Cunt 

(Ruthie derived from ruthless, and the name Ruth which is phonetically a cunty sounding name) An individual, usually of the upper class and female, who is seemingly unaware of their above-average cuntiness. This individual tends to exhibit behavior which is similar to that of a sociopath. They are socially linked to "urban" new money and lesser socialite circles.

Example 1:

"It was pouring the other day as I was hailing a cab and this chick up-streamed me. As soon as the door was closed she smiled and waved back at me."

"Wow, what a Ruthie Cunt."

"Where did all the anything go?"

"That RC took it and left."
