Someone who is from both Russian and either Kazakhstanian, Uzbeckestanian, or any other of the Middle Asian countries ending in -stan.

"Hey Madina, what race are you?"
"I'm Russotanian, my parents come from both Russia and Kazakhstan."
"Oh cool!"

Russtalian

An AWESOME SOUNDING accent that is a mix of Russian and Italian. Pronounced Rush-ta-lee-an if you're stupid and couldn't figure that out on your own. The infamous Group-X has a similar sounding accent if you have heard their music stylings or voices. Also good prank-calling material. It sort of sounds like the following if you were to pronounce them exactly as typed:

I haive schfifty faive schtuffed ainnymals.
(I have fifty five stuffed animals)
Cain you gaive meh schfive of your nicest taicos?
(Can you give me five of your nicest tacos)

Pronounce these exactly as written. Then you will be able to speak in a russtalian accent!
