Rukariosis 

A hypothetical disease that was found in 2577 by Spanish doctor Ruka-rio.

-Rukariosis is a bacterial-viral infection that was caused by a genome mutation in a bacteria, usually happens when a virus infiltrates the bacteria.

Symptoms include: Swelling, Difficulty of Breathing, Encephalitis, Myocarditis, Endocarditis, and eventually death. There is no known cure for it, but general hygiene could prevent severe symptoms.
Ruka: I think that dude has Rukariosis, a deadly infection with no known cure!

Rukariosis, a hypothetical disease that was discovered by Rio-Wes in 2070.

This hypothetical disease is a disease where a bacterial-viral come together, usually when a virus overrides a bacterium's DNA. This disease is found in the dirt.

Symptoms include: Swelling, runny nose, coughing. MORE severe symptoms include: Heart palpitations, encephalitis, and death. Antibiotics can slow down the progression of the disease, but does not cure it. This is a very serious disease, this disease will alter its DNA when it comes into contact with a vaccine, thus, making it practically immune. However, it's weakness is cold weather, so if you live in the cold regions of the Earth, then you're safe. However, since this disease is new, it can become adapt to cold temperatures.
