(noun) Someone who punches men named Roger, for no reason other than said men are named "Roger."

Duval County Police apprehended a Caucasian man in his early fifties yesterday, charging him with aggravated assault. As his previous five victims were all named "Roger," the man is a suspected Roger puncher.
