Reviscavate

To cut the grass or one's lawn but to leave approximately 4/5 of the length of the grass blades intact, or at least an inch or more.

This is leaves the lawn more aestheticly pleasing.

Bob took his time to reviscavate his front lawn to show off to his snooty neighbors.
