As a result, both the employer and the candidate may end up unhappy, and the company may experience high turnover and difficulty retaining talent. Additionally, the perception of the company and the job role can be negatively impacted, making it even more difficult to attract top talent in the future. The lack of a fee for the recruiters may be seen as a short-term savings, but in the long run, it could end up costing the company much more in terms of lost productivity and a damaged reputation.
