An Australian or New Zealand meat pie, which is a baked pastry casing filled with meat and topped with a puff pastry lid. The meat contained within is alleged to be beef mince, beef chunks or chicken, but often rumoured to be mystery meat and quite likely to be the cuts of cow/chicken that you wouldn't feed your pets.
