Ram Jack

A type of sexual act/ position that involves the receiving partner holding their hand firmly around the shaft of the penis, essentially jacking them off while the giving partner rams into the receiver’s preferred oriface. The hand is always held firmly in place around the penal shaft without moving, making it an extension to the oriface.

Last night, Carlos and I tried to ram jack. He got off pretty fast, but boy is my hand tired from staying in the same position the entire time.
