Radioactive Carp
Used to describe females originating in and around Niagara Falls... specifically Welland.
You can usually find them around the canal. With hair of unusual colouring... typically Green. They usually have many piercings... they use as trophies for all the fishing lines they have been freed from. They typically have an inbred look to them, the odd one may resemble an angler fish; with similar teeth. These carp are triggered easily and will attack; if you call them out on their stupidity, sleep with their man (who they also borrowed), or throw maggot water off your balcony.
