Release candidate, a first version of a mod/game that is releaseable.

We are going to release the RC1 today, get some testers on it, and hope to get all bugs.

Hooptie RC1 Beta

The technological and psychological predecessor to "the hooptie." It is extremely shitty, but since it is a beta, is also very unstable. It has too much power for it's own good, tyres worn on one side and the ability to drive on it's side using two wheels and not flip over.

RC13

A highly effective method used by some IRC users to thoroughly confuse other members of the channel. Results of an RC13 are often intoxicated and unpredictable, although almost every time users are left speechless and positively uncomfortable.
