A Pumpkin-Cat character created by acstlu, who usually uses them for NSFW content. They are usually depicted as male and a Candy-lover.

Typically, they are most often seen during October as people make art for them during that time.
Originally they were the only holiday-based cat made by them, but sometime later another cat (Named Junipurr) was made, along with another named off of April Fools Day.
