(noun): A person who neglects personal hygiene to the point where their pubic hair becomes tangled and matted into dreadlocks, resembling Rastafarian dreadlocks but in the most unappealing way imaginable. A clear sign that a shower is long overdue.

"Man, you seriously need to shower; you're turning into a full-blown Pubestafarian down there."
