Pizzatarian 

An individual who, by choice or divine culinary calling, subsists primarily or exclusively on pizza.
Someone who believes that the major food groups are cheese, sauce, crust, and toppings.
A devoted disciple of the Church of Deep Dish and the Holy Slice.

Example 1: "Mike hasn't eaten anything but pizza for the past week. Dude's turning into a full-blown pizzatarian."

Example 2: "Why go vegan or keto when you can be a pizzatarian and live the cheesy dream?"

One with a prohibitive diet based solely on the individual's highly idiosyncratic tastes in food.

Man, that guy Scott is such a pickatarian! Dude don't even eat carrots! All he eats is steak and vanilla cake! It's for real! I saw the dude gag on a raisin once...

Piscatarian 

Alternative spelling for pescatarian: A vegetarian who also eats fish or other seafood. From the latin word for fish: piscis. Also known as a fishetarian.

I can't go vegetarian, because I like shrimp too much. I can go Piscatarian, though!

A person who only eats pizza, rejecting most other foods.
