Those teenagers and/or adults who never seem to graduate the 4th grade. The often scream random words like "i like pie" or "Rawr means I love you" or "NOM NOM CUPCAKES." They often have greasy hair, dress in neon colors or all black, and listen to emo music. They can be find skipping down the hallway and promoting themselves as straight edge.
