Perm-puff head

Another derogatory (and funny) nickname for old women. This comes from the fact that most old women apparently have short, permed hairdos, which are actually pretty dumb looking.

The damn perm-puff head in her Cadillac is driving to slow. I'm gonna be late for class AGAIN.
