Coming from the word "Pedophile", meaning "Child Lover", Pedolaugh is a way of saying a creepy/pedophilish laugh. This laugh may occur when a person is being: odd, creepy, a pedophile or when a person looks at another person with lust. It can also be used once a person has said a creepy thing. A pedophile laugh either goes "Hehehe" or "Heeheehee".

Pedophile to random boy : "You have nice eyes... Hehehe"
Random Boy: "OMG! A pedophile pedolaughing!!!"

verb. To laugh at the jokes of a movie you have already seen before they happen, esp. if the people around you have not seen the movie.

1. I can't watch movies with my mom because she keeps prelaughing at everything.

2. We were watching Uncle Buck and I didn't laugh as hard at the principle's office scene because someone was prelaughing before Buck even sat down.
