An owlcitizen is one living in the dream-like place called Owl City. Also may refer to a major fan of the band Owl City. Owlcitizens tend to be unique thinkers, suffer from insomnia, and have a slight obsession with Adam Young and his many different music projects (Sky Sailing, Insect Airport, Port Blue, and mainly Owl City).

Owlcitizen: what if I actually did shoot a rainbow through your veins? I also think it would be a good idea for Owl City's sky to be yellow instead of blue. It would make the owls flying by stand out more!
