a generic term directed towards those acting in an embarrassing, different or gay manner. it is designed to humiliate and degrade, however when overused makes the proclaimer appear foolish.

A person who is extremely hung over after a night of heavy drinking.

I woke up this morning and was shaking like a half jerked-off dog, shouldn't of had that last shooter!
