Offdog

a generic term directed towards those acting in an embarrassing, different or gay manner. it is designed to humiliate and degrade, however when overused makes the proclaimer appear foolish.

Opposite to Oncat

Man: Bro look at the size of that kid's head!
Man 2: What an offdog!
