Observise

(Verb) To monitor a person, process, or performance with the specific intent of providing immediate, constructive feedback or strategic guidance. A portmanteau of "observe" and "advise."
In tech, it refers to the active state of an AI model or mentor simultaneously analyzing input while generating supportive output.
