The practice of nomming (eating) and then vomming (throwing up) aka bulimia.

I was craving some Taco Bell, but that is so nasty, I had to nom and vom.

n. Slang for bulimia (bulimia nervosa), the eating disorder characterized by binging and purging.

v. The act of binging and purging, as associated with bulimia

- Have you ever noticed she heads to the bathroom after every meal?
- Yeah, I think she might have nom-vom.

- Okay, I haven't nom-vom'd in 3 weeks.

When you eat something (nom) that makes you want to throw up (vom). Or just when something is particularly disgusting.
