No Shame Saturday can be observed between midnight and midnight or wake up to sleep, depending on the observers preference with the stipulation that the time frame must be established by 11:59 PM on Friday. Other variation on the holiday include No Shame November, and No Shame Semester (the final semester of a college student's senior year).
