A disease that one cannot control due to being powerless over a Nicole. There is no known cure. Men are incapable of saying "no" to a certain Nicole that has infected them. The disease is transmitted through kissing.

A severe, fictional illness that causes someone to not be "locked in" or focused. Often used in a humorous context to describe someone's scattered attention or lack of concentration, particularly attributed to someone named Nicole or similar sounding names.
Example: "Man, I've got a bad case of Nicoleitis today; I can't focus on anything at work!"
