A cogni-derogatory term coined among early, self-diagnosed autistic circles (neurodivergents) to describe prevalent and un-challenged socio-normalized groups of distributive-centrist individuals that exhibit minimal awareness perspective of their own undeveloped intellectual capacity.

Colloquially known as neurotypical.
