Someone who joins the service claiming patriotism, then dispelling their time in the service because of their bad experiences therein.

Basically, it's some National Guard pussy that joined for the college money only to get deployed...kicking and screaming the whole way. It's someone who wanted a free ride off of Uncle Sam's dime to claim "I was in once..." but never wants to fire a bullet, then denounces the US government for ever deploying them and speaks down upon their chain of command, the reason for deploying, or both...usually to the press.
