1. a characterization of a person/people with less than attractive appearance; used in lieu of a straight insult
2. many Walmart shoppers

While walking through Walmart, Jim sees a 300 pound woman wearing spandex stretchpants. All her cellulite is visible through the tight fabric, and when she walks, her hips and butt look like two huge beach balls going up and down. He nudges his friend to point-out the visual attrocity. His friend, who is too polite to exclaim or laugh at the woman, simply says "yes, that is most unfortunate."
