It's a typical expression used in Salento (Puglia). It stands for "your dead parents" and it can be used in different situations and in many ways.

Mixed Martial Arts

A combat sport (colloquially known as "MMA") in which fighters incorporate several different types of martial arts (and often use a hybrid of such styles), including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, Wrestling, etc. One of the fastest growing sports in the world. Made very popular and brought into the mainstream largely due to UFC. UFC and MMA are the not the same thing; UFC is to MMA what the NFL is to football. Fights are organized by promotions, the largest of which today are the UFC and Bellator.
