misunderunerstanding

When a person misunderstands something that another person says that is a misunderstanding.

Tattoo artist;"Your tattoo appointment is on April 21st. Can u come for a sizing before then?"
Client: "wait...I forgot we are going away. The only day that would work is this Tuesday. Evening."
Tattoo artist: " no Tuesday won't work. (Thinking to self: "because u like 8 hour sessions and we will be there all night")

3rd party " wait! She meant for the sizing not the tattoo.."
Tattoo artist: "HUH?! Talk about a misunderunerstanding ."
