Ming Tingler 

Derived from the word "minger". The word is used to describe someone who has sex or sexual relations with a minger! It can also be used to insult a person who is even less attractive than your regular minger, also used to insult some one who has never had sex with anyone/thing.

Julian: Hey Brad have u heard about Alex?
Brad: Nah man do tell!
Julian: He rooted Laura!
Brad: WHAT A MING TINGLER!

Brad: Do you remember anything from last night?
Alex: nah, what happened?
Brad: u got rejected from the biggest minger! ur such a Ming Tingler

Someone who is insanely gut churning but they manage to look so horrible that you have to look and it becomes an amusing story that is told at almost every social event.

Dave: sure am
man: i saw you at the that party a couple of weeks back

Man: she was so horrible
Dave: Damn straight
