Midnight Crisis

A Midnight Crisis is a crisis in which an individual realizes that they are not what they want to be. In accordance with this crisis the person, in many cases, may change their life drastically.

Friend 1: Hey did you get that weird text from Andrew?

Friend 2: Yeah don't worry about it he was having a midnight crisis.

Friend 1: Oh! That's why he's changed.

When a person falls into a state of panic or crisis during the night. Usually triggered by one useless thought, the midnight crisis is common when the person is failing in trying to sleep.

"Are you ok?"
"What am I doing with my life? Why am I here?"
"All I said was what did you do today"
