Menflec, or Menflec Gender (Male-Mirror Gender) is a mutogenderidentity that describes a person who does or doesn’t retain an existing gender, and simultaneously mirrors the male gender when close to them.

Man: Glad to see you! I’m a male. What’s your gender?
Person: My genders are Nonbinary and Menflec, because I’m talking to a male right now!
