M3 Gun Motor Carriage. An army tank destroyer built during WW2. The m3gmc was manufactured by the autocar company and should not be confused with the GMC CCKW aka the Jimmy, which was a WW2 era cargo truck made by General Motors (GM) and sold under the General Motors Truck Company (GMC/GMTC).
