A band that started off with my love and respect, but then lost it when i realised that they were just releasing re-done after re-done single and even re-done albums just to make cash! Honestly, how many times can you listen to one song be re-made? I was a huge fan of Linkin Park - i loved their lyrics - Chesters way of interpretating is amazing, and he is extremly talented - but enough of the re-releasing already - give us something fresh! And also - collaborating with Jay-Z, what were they thinking? The collaborationg with Marilyn Manson and such artists as him were the gold tracks - but Jay-Z - thats disappointing - another money maker!

After years of intense research, it has been shown, contrary wise to the vocalized convictions by numerous definition givers, Linkin Park fans is in fact, not an overrated band whose fan base predominantly consists of 12 year old girls, gay little people, or angsty emos who shop at hot topic. It is suggested that perhaps not all fans are sadistic posers, or blinded teens, as such fans have already been attracted by emerging pop bands, such as ONE DIRECTION! The reminder of sane teens now focus on quality of music, depth of lyrics, and soul of band. Hit singles such as 'Numb' is found to be relatable to many teens all over the globe. Have you ever felt pressured? Bullied? Made to be someone else?
As teens are not mindlessly swooning over Linkin Park's good looks, but rather immersing themselves in the unique music style, they are actually enriching their lives. They played a style called "nu-metal", an abreviation for "newb-metal", a style that was born when teenagers who didn't even know how to play decently an instrument tried to compose songs like real metal bands like Megadeth, Iron Maiden, etc. The result could only be a disaster.

Call them what you will, Linkin Park is still nu metal garbage. Their lyrics are maudlin and cliche and reflexive only of stupid teenage emotion. (Apparently the singers are pissed about being ignored in high school. Give me a fucking break.)
