A person or persons of dubious moral character with a built-in knee-jerk reaction condition, who does or says what they perceive you want to see or hear to gain favor and create an outcome they solely desire. They will lie, cheat, rob, betray, befriend, butt kiss, big note, suck up too, embrace, play dead, roll over butt-haven and give pooh posse the news, jump through hoops, walk on hot coals, take sides, twist, turn, snake, shower, grovel and sleaze up to an individual or a group of individuals in order to achieve this.

Hi, thanks for coming to my party, have you checked out Lick Nutt over there, he's been talking pure Anussey all night, big noting, getting her drinks, agreeing with everything she says, I'm surprised he hasn't licked the floor in front of her while trying to get into her pants, such a Lick Nutt.
