A person who has documents from a court of law that allow them to pursue fit men and women. A non-legal Simp is looked down upon by society.

“Dude, Leslie is so hot.”
“Didn’t she get a restraining order on you?”
“Yeah, but I’m a Legal Simp, so its overridden.”
